shipping & delivery
packages typically arrive within 1-14 days from the date we receive the payment of the order.
if the order is not delivered within 30 days from the date Steven van Lummel received the payment, the consumer is entitled to cancel the order. then Steven van Lummel is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days. products are shipped directly from the Netherlands.
IMPORTANT – if a package is returned to the Netherlands because the buyer did not claim the package,stevenvanlummel.nl does not send replacements.
stevenvanlummel.nl is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. stevenvanlummel.nlhas no control over this.
the buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. customs determines these charges, and stevenvanlummel.nl has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
shipping rates
rates depend on the size of the package and are callculated at check out.
return & exchange policy
if the customer is not satisfied with the product they can send it back within 14 days after reception of the good(s). products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the same packaging as received including the provided price- / size tags.
please email info@stevenvanlummel.nl within 14 days after receiving the good(s) and wait for instructions via e-mail. after receiving the instructions you have to return the goods within 2 days. you can send back your returns using your local parcel company or UPS. if you choose to use an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the transport.
when a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color or size or any other fault on our part we will pay for the transport costs in the form of a refund.
In all other cases consumer will have to pay for the transport costs of the returned good(s). if applicable a refund or credit to your account will be issued within 8 working days. in case of an exchange and the desired product is not available you will receive a credit memo which has to be redeemed within 3 months.
PAINTINGS
If the customer is not satisfied with the product they can NOT send back the painting, therefore it’s really important to choose wisely.
